This role will report into the Director, Consulting and Data Strategy.


The Silverbullet Strategic Services Consultant will be part of the Consulting Services team. Working first hand with our clients, you will be expected to deliver a high level of service: ensuring projects are delivered successfully and to a high standard. Reporting to the Director of Consulting and Data Strategy, you will be given guidance on how to follow Silverbullet’s proven methodologies and processes. Underlying this delivery role, you will be expected to build a long-term client relationship built on trust.



The Strategic Services Consultant role is ultimately responsible for ensuring that our clients’ business objectives are understood and translated into best-in-class data strategies that hit targets and drive ROI. This will include responsibilities such as the following:


  • Gather technical and business requirements for data activation from clients

  • Work with multiple data activation vendors to find the best solutions for a client’s needs – the strategic services consultant will be the bridge between the client and vendor.

  • Drive innovation – proactively suggest new propositions/technology partners to allow us to offer unique and cutting-edge solutions to our clients.

  • Manage Silverbullet’s client’s DMPs or CDPs so that they are able to get the most out of their data tech platforms

  • Designing and implementing bespoke solutions, including measurement frameworks for performance and ROI tracking

  • Consulting and supporting on audience activation across paid and owned channels

  • Training and enablement for clients and their partners on data tech and data driven marketing strategies

  • Supporting and consulting on necessary organizational/business change to accommodate new ways of working and maximise ROI from investment in tech and data driven marketing

  • Conduct trainings, deliver presentations and lead meetings with clients and partners.

  • Work closely with the Silverbullet Technical Implementation teams to fully understand a client’s KPIs and Business Objectives



Given their day-to-day relationships with Silverbullet clients, members of the Strategic Service team will, where applicable, be tasked with strengthening and expanding our client relationships at all levels of the client organization. This will include the following responsibilities.


  • Supporting with upsell of available services to include additional resource

  • Introducing clients to the Silverbullet suite of products

  • Using client experience to help develop the Silverbullet suite of products

  • Managing partner technology relationships

  • Referring clients to Silverbullet value partners

  • Negotiating renewals and contract upgrades with senior client level execs


  • Minimum 3 years account management or consulting experience – with at least 2 years having been spent in the digital media industry

  • 2 years’ experience actively working on a leading DMP or CDP

  • Strong knowledge of the digital ecosystem with a comprehensive understanding of the role that data plays across paid, owned and earned digital marketing channels.

  • Proven experience of working with JavaScript tags and/or tracking pixels design to collect data.

  • Working with multiple levels of stakeholders across clients and technology partners

  • Proven experience of providing digital strategy to clients across the buy and/or the sell side of the media industry

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English



  • Experience in the programmatic advertising ecosystem, whether on a trading, planning, or strategic capacity. Both agency and publisher experience in this discipline are welcome

  • Experience in paid social activation, planning and strategy

  • Knowledge of web analytics platforms, tag management systems and ad servers

  • Experience in email marketing and other eCRM channels

  • Experience of working in a start-up environment

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complicated ideas in a clear and logical manner.

  • The ability to multi-task across clear priorities while continuing to provide high attention to detail across all projects.

  • The confidence to take responsibility for your actions and to make crisp decisions for the benefit of your client and Silverbullet

  • A keen and active interest in the adtech industry, with a view on the latest trends and topics

  • Multiple languages not necessary, but definitely a plus!
