This role will report into the Director, Enterprise Strategy.



The Manager, Enterprise Strategy will be part of the Sb services team. They will be responsible for joining a brand new and exciting discipline at Silverbullet, ensuring that the organisation develops solid partnerships with its biggest global clients at the highest possible level. The Manager, Enterprise Strategy is the ultimate business owners of our enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will be comfortable developing relationships, managing a book of business and developing complex solutions for our clients, including the combination of our world-class products and services.



The Manager, Enterprise Strategy is ultimately responsible for the successful management of Silverbullet enterprise clients, the development and delivery of bespoke client solutions including martech consulting and data science, and identifying cross-selling opportunities across the Silverbullet plethora of products and services, as well as providing technical and strategic pre-sale support, working with the sales team to convert prospects into new exciting clients to nurture relationships with​:


  • Develop and expand enterprise client relationships

  • Relationship management whereby the Manager, Enterprise Strategy builds relationships across the clients' organization at both executive and non-executive levels

  • Strategic account management SME for marquee enterprise clients

  • Strategic services subject matter expert for assigned enterprise clients

  • Deeply understand each client's business including business models, key operating statistics, detailed technical architectures, key partnerships, and company organizational structure and builds strategic account plans accordingly


Manage Communication

  • Handle business escalations for assigned accounts

  • Assist in prioritizing workload for the delivery team within and across assigned accounts

  • Possess the leadership skills necessary to work with a large and complex enterprise client, acting as the primary point of contact for all revenue and related strategic initiatives


Pre-Sale, Cross Sell & Up Sell

  • Consistently hit cross sell/up sell revenue targets

  • Work alongside Sales Teams as Pre-sale solutions consultant, being the technical and strategic owner of the sales cycle, while Sales Team remains in charge of commercial conversations

  • Ability to adopt consultative approach to revenue opportunities

  • Have foresight into missed opportunities and an ability to act accordingly to rectify and find solutions

  • Identify areas of growth where customers may leverage additional Silverbullet products and services

  • Ability to be able move opportunities through the sales cycle to completion

  • Handle contracting, negotiation and pricing for up/cross sell opportunities

  • Working in collaboration with the wider sales team and local leads to develop a Silverbullet “Book of Business”: a list of products and services we can offer to clients with guideline prices for each region

  • Develop a view of the products and services our current client list have purchased in order to easily identify upsell opportunities



  • Diagnose Solutions

  • Identify and diagnose solutions around client needs

  • Solutions aptitude and knowing what to up sell to enterprise clients

  • Partner with Services and Sales teams to identify and present Silverbullet solutions to clients

Market Ecosystem

  • Fully understand the marketing and advertising technology ecosystem, and always be up to speed and knowledgeable about the latest developments in the industry at global level

  • Understand where Silverbullet fits into the industry ecosystem, evaluating points of strengths and potential weaknesses to mitigate


Solutions Architecture

  • Work with the Partnerships team to identify potential bespoke solutions about key mutual enterprise clients

  • Work with data science, product and consulting teams for the development of cutting edge bespoke solutions for key enterprise clients, bringing together Silverbullet’s unparalleled vertical expertise, flexibility and nimbleness typical of a startup services business

  • Possess technical know-how necessary to develop solutions that fit within client’s technology and data ecosystem


Project Delivery

  • Work with the strategic services team on the delivery of projects across SB client base

  • Act as SME resource on suitable enterprise client projects

  •  Share expertise across clients and projects, consolidating best practices and removing duplication of work




  • Minimum 3 years hands on digital marketing experience, specifically:

    • Programmatic, Search, Social

    • Data Platforms: DMP, CDP, CRM

    • Adserver, brand safety and ad verification technology

    • Data strategy

    • Marketing automation

    • Martech consultancy

  • Knowledge of the advertising value chain

  • Ability to learn new technologies

  • Immaculate client services skills are essential for this role

  • Fluent in both English & Italian




  • Experience in pre-sale support and account management

  • Experience managing a team

  • Experience of working in a startup environment

  • Fluent in Spanish
